The Good Place to Live
Last updated: 12 October 2026
These terms apply to your use of thegoodplacetolive.com and of our content on Instagram and other channels. By using the website you accept them; if you do not agree, please do not use it.
1. Who we are
The website is run by THE GOOD PLACE TO LIVE LTD, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 16426739), with registered office at 18 Holly Road, Farnborough, Hampshire, GU14 0EA, United Kingdom. Contact: info@thegoodplacetolive.com.
2. Using the website
You may browse the website, read our content and contact us for personal, non-commercial purposes. You agree not to:
use the website in any way that is unlawful or harms us or others;
copy, scrape or republish our content or property listings without our written permission;
try to access parts of the website or its systems that are not meant to be public;
send us false information or information about other people without their consent.
3. Property information
The properties, prices, sizes, floor plans, images and availability shown on the website, in brochures and in our posts are for general information only. Much of this material comes from developers, owners or their agents, and renderings show projects as they are planned, not as they are finished.
Nothing we publish is an offer, a contract or investment advice. Details can change without notice, so please check them with us before making any decision. A purchase is only binding once the sale documents are signed with the seller or developer.
4. Our role
The Good Place to Live is an advisory service. We help you find, understand and buy property, often together with developers, local agencies and partner advisors. Unless we tell you otherwise in writing, we are not the seller or developer of the properties we present, and each purchase is governed by the contract you sign with them.
5. Intellectual property
The texts, photographs, videos, design and logo of The Good Place to Live belong to us or are used with the permission of their owners, including the developers of the projects we present. You may share links to our pages and posts, but you may not copy, alter or reuse our content for commercial purposes without our written permission.
6. Links to other websites
The website may link to sites run by others, such as developers, partners or social networks. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content or for how they handle your data.
7. Liability
We take care to keep the website accurate and available, but we cannot guarantee that it is always complete, up to date or free of errors or interruptions. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss arising from your reliance on information on the website, or from not being able to use it.
Nothing in these terms limits our liability where the law does not allow it to be limited, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. If you are a consumer, these terms do not affect your legal rights in the country where you live.
8. Privacy and cookies
How we collect and use your personal data, and how we use cookies, is explained in our Privacy Policy. You can accept or refuse non-essential cookies in the cookie banner at any time.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top always shows the current version, which applies from the moment it is published.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and disputes are subject to the courts of England and Wales. If you live in the European Union, you can also bring proceedings in the courts of your own country.
